It Arrived My Cocoa Swap Package.

There was a box on my doorstep when I came back from picking the kids up from school and Look at all the yummy goodness that was inside.


I got so many wonderful things There is chocolate and wonderful mug some Hazelnut creamer, Dulce De Leche Hot cocoa, PiNk HoT CHoCoLaTe, and homemade Friendship Chai Tea I t is amazing. Plus some yummy chocolate. Pear & Caramel who knew that could taste so good!

Now for the yarnie goodness.
I got this wonderful sock yarn from Red Rocks Fiber works knitpicks circulars in size 2 to knit my socks on Yay!!!! and a stitch saver key chain with my name on it.
And last but certainly not least My Blah Buster Buddy.

And...here we go!

1. It seems like Spring will never come.

2. Put your dishes in the sink when you're done, please?

3. If I thought you would go for it I'd book us on a cruise!

4. Snuggling is what I think of most when I think of you.

5. To me, Valentine's Day means Love of course.

6. My faith in Christ gives me strength.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to Hanging out with Craig & kids watching movies , tomorrow my plans include sleeping in and Sunday, I want to rest!

Topic of the Week #4 (the last one!) For Cocoa Swap

As we head into those doldrum parts of the Winter season (thank you very much Puxatawney Phil for seeing your shadow yet again)… It makes you dream of the seasons you love… What is your favorite season? What do you love most about that season? and… What is your favorite thing to do NOW to keep you from stressing about MORE winter to go?

Okay can I first just say I HATE PUXATAWNY PHIL!!!! I am sorry to those of you who love winter. I am just not one of them.
I love two seasons. Spring & Fall! so let me choose my favorite. Hmmm (scratches head) Okay I am going to say Spring is my favorite.
First because it follows Winter and as I stated above I HaTe winter. I love spring because it is the beginning of new things. I love to grow things so spring is an exciting time to see new growth. To watch the trees wake up and the flowers and bushes start to bloom.
Oh and the last part of the question My favorite thing to do now is to knit and snuggle up on the couch with hubby. I also love it when it is sunny out right now, I will stand by the window or french doors and just soak in the warmth. There is just something so revitalizing about the sunshine.

Still Cold Here

It is a whopping 29 degrees here and our high is supposed to be a balmy 34. So while my wintery looking blog still fits my climate I am going to make some changes today. I helped my friend Darcy redesign hers last night since she won a lovely header in a recent contest. Lucky Girl. It inspired me to gussy mine up a bit.
One very cool thing going on here in Idaho is the Special Olympic Winter World Games are being hosted in nearby Boise. Last Wednesday I got to see the Olympic torch being run through our town. It was very cool.
